Legal and international Affairs Office
- Legal and International Affairs Office is a subsidiary of the Department of Aviation Deputy and International Affairs and has two deputy directors in the areas of legal and international affairs.
- The Legal Group of Legal and International Affairs office has been composed of legal experts responsible for defending and responding to complaints against the organization in the courts and the judicial authorities, protecting the rights of the civil aviation organization as a representative of the state in the civil aviation industry and also maintaining the rights of the government treasury. The legal group is also responsible for studying aviation regulations and rules, identifying the gaps existing in the field and arranging the draft of aviation regulations, up to following up their approval.
- The International Group of Legal and International Affairs office is also coordinator of all of the organization's cooperations with international institutions and organizations, including ICAO. In order to develop and expand international relations with other states in the field of air transportation, it is responsible for establishing draft version of international agreements.
